Mr. Robert E. Smith Jr.., was born September 28, 1953 in Spartanburg, SC to the

late Robert E. Smith Sr. and Mrs. Edith Walker Smith.

He attended Florence Chapel High School of Welford, SC and Byrnes High

School of Duncan SC.

He was a production Worker for many years. At an early age, he joined Mabry’s

Temple Holiness in Campobello, SC, under the late Bishop Amos Jackson. He also

attended New Hidden Hill Baptist Church, under the leadership of Dr. Betty

Crocker and caring Hearts Ministries in Welford, SC, under leadership of Bishop

Jimmy L. Garrett.

Robert was preceded in death by his brothers, Mr. Michael Smith, Mr. Jasper

Smith, Mr. Matthew Smith and Mr. Arthur Smith.

He is survived by a sister, Dr. Lillie M. Smith Jackson; a brother, Mr. Leon Smith;

one aunt, Marlee Fuller and Host of nieces, nephews and other relative
