John H Alexzander

Mr. John “Red” Alexander entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 18th 2025. He was the son of the
late Mr. Henry McDuffy and Mrs. Lola Bell Alexander.
John was a loving father, caring brother, adorable uncle and loyal friend. He worked as a master plumber
technician with Mark Brothers for over 40 years in Buffalo, New York. A true hustler at heart John lived life
by his own rules. Whether at the card table, rolling dice, or chasing the next big win, he brought passion
and a fearless spirit to everything he did. He believed that life was meant to be enjoyed, and he made sure
those around him were smiling, too. Whether it was telling a life story, listening to music at family
gatherings or talking with friends around the oak tree John had a special way of making people feel
welcome and appreciated.
Mr. Alexander was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Henry McDuffy and Mrs. Lola Bell Alexander.
Children Frankie Alexander and Caroline Alexander. Four brothers Mr. Willie Louis Alexander, Mr. Duffie
Lee Alexander, Mr. Laddie Joe Alexander and Mr. Arthur Lee Alexander, one sister Mrs. Mamie Louis

John leaves to cherish fond memories, his children Terry Dandy, Darryl (Betty) Jeter, Joanne Jeter, John
Alexander , Marilyn Jones and Tyrone (Natasha) Alexander all of Woodruff, SC. Special friend Patsy
