LIFE PROFILE
On January 2, 2024, Mrs. Frances Louise Booker left her earthly home to join her heavenly
home.
She was born on January 29, 1946 to the late Jake Durrah and the late Fannie Gist Pearson.
She attended and graduated from Florence Chapel High School Class of 1964. She
attended Business School in Greenville, SC and later worked for Raycord in Spartanburg,
SC for many years before it’s closing. After which she became an employee with Lyman
Mills (Spring Industries) where she was employed for 28 years.
She was a faithful and dedicated member of New Trinity Baptist Church where she was the
last member of the “Whosoever Will” Sunday School Class and she was also a member of
the Gospel Choir. All who knew her will remember her quiet and kind demeaner and her
friendly smile. She loved the Lord and has now gone to live with Thee.
Left to cherish fond and loving memories are her daughter, Aletha (Morris) Ellis of
Spartanburg, SC, grandson, RaShaud (Danielle) Ellis of Andrews, SC; granddaughter, Kaci
